Edition 001 is made to order. The rules below keep the process clear before the piece enters production.

Processing and delivery

Made to order in 1–2 business days, then handed to UPS. Carrier transit begins after production. Delivery timing is controlled by UPS once accepted.

Tracking is sent after the shipment is created and accepted by UPS.

Final sale

Made-to-order purchases are final. Returns or exchanges for sizing preference, color preference, or change of mind are not accepted unless support explicitly authorizes otherwise.

Damage or error

Contact support within five days of delivery if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Clear photos of the item and packaging may be requested.

Addresses

Customers are responsible for accurate shipping information. Address changes are not guaranteed after fulfillment begins. Returned packages may require additional shipping cost.

Carrier delays

Carrier scans and delivery estimates are controlled by UPS after acceptance. Contact support with your order number and tracking details if a shipment appears stuck.

Quantity limits

Edition 001 is limited to ten total units per order. Large or suspicious orders may be reviewed before fulfillment.
