Using this store

By using this storefront or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the posted order policies. You may use the site only for lawful personal shopping and may not interfere with the store, misuse checkout, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected content, or use the site to commit fraud.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase the selected items. An order is not accepted until payment is successfully completed and the order can be fulfilled. We may cancel or refund an order when payment, pricing, inventory, fraud review, production, shipping restrictions, or a material listing error prevents fulfillment. Quantity limits may be enforced.

Pricing, shipping, and tax

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Standard U.S. shipping is $5.99 when the merchandise subtotal is below $75 and free when the merchandise subtotal is $75 or more. The free-shipping threshold is based on merchandise subtotal and does not include shipping or tax. Applicable sales tax is calculated during secure Stripe Checkout using the delivery information provided by the customer and is shown before payment is submitted.

Made-to-order production

Edition 001 products are made to order. The current production target is 1–2 business days before the package is handed to UPS. Production and carrier estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier timing, scans, weather disruptions, and other transit conditions are outside our direct control after acceptance by the carrier.

Final sale and order issues

Made-to-order purchases are final sale except where required by law or when an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the item ordered. For a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact support within five days of delivery and include the order number and clear photos when requested. Returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, sizing preference, or color preference are not guaranteed once production has begun.

Customer information and addresses

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, and shipping information. Address changes are not guaranteed after production or fulfillment begins. Costs caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery, or an unclaimed returned package may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.

Product presentation

We work to present product colors, artwork, scale, and materials accurately. Screen settings, lighting, garment texture, production tolerances, and made-to-order application can create minor visual differences. Those normal differences do not change the underlying product design or selected variant.

Intellectual property

The HOW ABOUT? / THE QUESTION DEPT. branding, Edition 001 artwork, graphics, photography, product presentation, copy, and site design may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or commercially reused without permission, except for lawful personal sharing or uses otherwise permitted by law.

Availability and changes

We may update products, prices, availability, policies, or site features when needed. Countdown displays are informational only and do not automatically open or close checkout; store availability is controlled manually. Changes apply prospectively unless a correction is required for an error or by law.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site, carrier delays, third-party service interruptions, or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy notice. Stripe and other service providers also process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
