What we collect

We collect information you choose to provide when you place an order or contact us, including your name, email address, shipping and billing details, order selections, order number, and message content. Payment card and wallet credentials are processed by Stripe and are not stored directly by this storefront.

Your shopping bag is stored locally in your browser so it can remain available between visits. Our hosting, security, payment, and delivery providers may also process technical or transaction information needed to operate, secure, and fulfill the store.

How we use information

We use personal information to process and fulfill orders, calculate applicable taxes and shipping, provide order and tracking updates, respond to support requests, prevent fraud or abuse, maintain business and tax records, and comply with legal obligations.

Who receives information

We share only the information reasonably necessary with service providers that help operate the store, including Stripe for payments and tax calculation, UPS or other fulfillment carriers for delivery, Resend or another configured email provider for transactional messages, and hosting or infrastructure providers that keep the site available and secure. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

Sales and advertising

We do not sell customer personal information. This storefront does not currently use customer information for third-party targeted advertising or a separate advertising-pixel program.

Retention and security

We keep order, support, and transaction records for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill orders, provide support, maintain required business records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and satisfy legal or tax obligations. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we use reputable service providers and limit the information handled directly by this storefront.

Your choices

You may contact us to ask about personal information associated with your orders or support messages, or to request a correction or deletion where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or transaction-recordkeeping purposes.

Children

This store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the storefront.

We may update this notice as the store, service providers, or legal requirements change. The date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
